Eleni Kouros’ practice is focused on tax dispute resolution, tax controversy and litigation for various clients. She is currently involved in audits, objections and appeals before the Tax Court of Canada, Québec Court and the Federal Court regarding transfer pricing, R&D credits, employee benefits and other tax matters.

Eleni obtained both her civil law and common law degrees from the University of Ottawa and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2002. She completed her Diploma in Taxation at the University of Sherbrooke.

Prior to joining Barsalou Lawson, Eleni practiced in tax litigation at the Minister of Justice of Quebec.

Eleni Kouros is also a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation (CTF), the Fiscal and Financial Planning Association (APFF) and the Canadian Bar Association.
