Sheena Bassani joined Barsalou Lawson in 2010. Her practice focuses on international tax/transfer pricing. After working in the financial services sector in Paris, Ms. Bassani spent ten years at two global leading professional services firms where she worked exclusively on international tax and transfer pricing matters. She was during that time called upon to manage many transfer pricing files, including some very complex ones, from a planning/documentation, implementation and dispute resolution viewpoint.

Ms. Bassani holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Bachelor of Common Law from McGill University. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar Association since 2000 and was called to the Paris Bar in 2001 where she still remains a member today. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics relating to transfer pricing.
