Biography

Upon graduating at the University of Montreal, Faculty of Law, and after being called as a member of the Québec Bar in 2019, Damian Czaputowicz practised as a litigation attorney in civil and commercial law. Having taken a shine to the legal implications involving tax in his previous practice, he joined Barsalou Lawson Rheault in 2022 and is currently pursuing, as a part-time student, his master’s degree in tax law (Professional LL.M) at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
